| mercenary - Posted: October 11, 2009 In a recent CNN news item covering the Congressional pay increases, one pundit pointed out that Congressmen and women get their salary for life, even if they only served one term. Not sure if health care is included, but would presume so, since they have their own "free" health care policies (paid for by you N me and get to make the rules up as they go. Frankly, I can't think of one of them I would allow into my house; these are not the upright, honest folks I like to associate with. Oh, Mrs Mercenary says, "What would you expect? They're mostly LAWYERS ( while rolling her eyes upward )!" Good point, ma'am!" |
